MLC has moved into a giant old warehouse with a ton of space and rustic industrial yoga vibes in Miami’s fashionable and quirky Wynwood/Overtown. Our new reiteration of Miami Life Center is of a true step up. We intend to be a true education & community center, Omstars filming home base, fun artsy events, a Latin American concept store, gatherings and of course your daily non-stop yoga classes, workshops and intensive courses as you’ve come to know us over the past 16 years in our previous location on South Beach.

PARKING

• Blue line: Residential street parking. FREE for anyone Monday - Friday 7AM to 6 PM. NO parking here without local permit after 6PM!

• Green Line: Metered street parking. Payment enforced 9:00 AM to 3:00 AM 7 days/week $4/hr.
