This strength-based approach emphasizes client strengths instead of deficits. As a Yoga Therapist, Kristin Jones provides information, motivation, empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuiness to the client. Yoga Therapy is a method to assist and guide clients in finding their own strength, healing, and solutions to their difficulties.

Single one hour sessions are $115.
Package of 5 sessions is $500.
Packages of more sessions are negotiable.
